What does a service agreement mean?
A service agreement is a clear contract between you and your provider, outlining services, costs, timelines and responsibilities. It helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures both parties know what to expect throughout the support agreement.
What if my needs change?
If your needs change, you can request a plan variation or reassessment anytime by contacting your LAC or support coordinator to update your situation and ensure you receive the right supports.
How will I know when my NDIS application is processed?
After your Access Request Form is processed, a Local Area Coordinator will contact you to schedule a planning meeting. While waiting, consider your support needs and goals. We can help you prepare for a productive discussion.
